Celebrating exceptional achievements at the Aotearoa Hydrogen Awards 2025

The Aotearoa Hydrogen Awards celebrate the exceptional achievements of organisations and individuals involved in initiatives at the forefront of advancing  hydrogen as part of our low emissions future.

The Awards are an opportunity to recognise accomplishments across industry, government, academia and community and to demonstrate innovation, leadership, commitment and vision in advancing the opportunity for hydrogen to play an intrinsic role across our energy system as we build and benefit from a decarbonised economy.

The Judges of the Aotearoa Hydrogen Awards have just announced the finalists for 2025.

A total of 46 nominations were received, which were narrowed down to 19 finalists to be considered for six award categories, with several companies and individuals being successful in more than one category.

We would like to sincerely thank our independent judging panel, which includes:

  • Ian Kennedy (Chair, Japan New Zealand Business Council),

  • Felicity Underhill, (Independent Director),
